Delivery of Art works

The price of each artwork already includes the delivery costs.
The artwork is shipped from Odense, Denmark in a sturdy cardboard tube (video on the right) via the PostNord service, which provides a tracking number and other shipping details that are immediately shared with the customer. I always include the customer's email address and telephone number in case the parcel is lost or not delivered to the customer.
The delivery time varies depending on the destination country, but on average it takes 1 - 2 weeks. Currently, artwork is not shipped outside of Europe.
Hand-to-hand delivery is possible within Syddanmark, Midtjylland, and Sjælland regions in Denmark
The customer has the right to return the artwork within a 14-day period without providing a reason. The artwork must be returned in the same (or similar) protective cardboard packaging.
